Shipping & Returns
After you placed the order, you will get a confirmation, which means that the order is now being processed. We will contact the suppliers and then we will ship the item to you. In case the item is not available or it’s on a back order, we will reach you via e-mail and let you know the situation. If the item can be shipped between five to seven business days, we will charge you and then we will ship the product as fast as possible.
In case the order is in stock and the credit card was pre-charged, we will ship the item within five to seven business days after you placed the order. We can easily share the tracking information, this way you know the location of your package at all times. We don’t have complete control over how shipping takes place, so if there are any signs of damage, you will need to send photos to us at email@example.com. We will process an insurance claim for you.
Cancellations & Refunds:
If you cancel the order after 48 hours, you will have to pay an administration fee that costs you $75. It doesn’t matter if the item was shipped or not. If the order was shipped, then you have to pay the shipping charges too. Also, refunds can be issued only to the credit card you used for your purchase!
